There seems to be still a problem that if you come out of an icam channel that the receiver locks up. It seems to be about the tuner not being free. I asked about this elsewhere and they managed to fix it on their image.

Good afternoon,

I seem to have seen a problem with this latest image on the qviart dual. The video colours levels are all wrong. I installed the image, installed levi45 addon menu and then installed vhanabbal motor with icam settings. Turned to aljazera on 0.8w and then onto the bbc channels on 28.2 and all are the same. Please see attached.

I think it is NOT from the image , try replacing the HDMI cable

Its not a hdmi issues as the qviart dual is multiboot and a quick boot into other images fixes the problem.

as I repeat I may be wrong , did you try the HDMI cable on another output of the TV ? or the receiver on another TV ?

I have been playing with the image tonight and the new image is the same as previous. I will show that it is not my tv or hdmi cable as i have tested on two tv's and two different hdmi cables. The menu system colour is fine but the tv picture is wrong.

Then trying option below. Menu there then is not setting menu, I have time, information, plugins, setup, standby/restart. I select set up as it the closest option to settings which is set up, the selecting softcam there are only options to start and stop the softcam.

I have taken a test picture to shown that pure2 image using the same hdmi and tv is working fine. I also show the photos the cobraliberosat image on a different tv with different hdmi.

and a test if it depends on there I read it on a forum
wait, I'm compiling again one day, see if the problem still exists

I'm testing with the vu+zero 4k and I don't have that problem

I don't think transcoding has anything to do with this. I have found the menu for it under expert menu transcoding. I have set the bit rate much higher than it was but is still the same.

I thought i would bring up this older thread instead of raising a new one. If anyone is wanting to put these images into multiboot then you need to choose the ogwrite version. This must be something new as another new image is using the same name configuration. Setting up on positioner and once you have gone through the set up stage no channels were available. This turned out to be the tuner is disabled. Trying to toggle the tuner to enable it then trying to save it does not work, what you have to do is go into the drop down menu and select every satellite position and enable the position before the tuner enable toggle switch will save.
With these images trying to use the receiver with an icam channel list does not work it locks up the receiver. With modern openpli and atv images and maybe more you no longer need an icam list you can watch the channel from a standard channel list. On trying this on a sky de channel it did not clear with ncam 14.9 and going into the channel list and selecting the channel and going into more settings i did not see a streamrelay option. How are people watching sky de?

Hi kegnkiwi, the only time I encountered a similar problem was on the dreambox 800se, and as Archimede says, I just needed to change the HDMI cable and the problem was solved, I don't think it's a problem of compiling the image, because if If so, it should be found in all the other images since the same core is used for all of them, but I don't think there are any other problems besides yours, try asking enry74 to update the image of your receiver, although I doubt that change something

I don't have an issue with the image i just used an old thread to give an up to date quick review of the latest image. I would be interest to know though if anyone does have the dual how they are viewing sky de channels as i don't see option to play any channels via stream relay.
